Read everything in advertisement, says 12,12,12. Should have thought things were sketchy when package weight is 11.2. It’s like they have a bunch of tens laying around, and they are attempting to strap 2 additional pounds of : vinyl, fins, someone’s old shoe. You may want to look into true 12.

Red flashers are flimsy paste-on film that were half peeled off on delivery. If you want flashers, buy plastic reflectors and use stainless steel bolts. I don't think the fish care.
